IM: EDUCATION STRATEGY!

While LIM-LTM, we make the introduction of AIESEC GAME, newbie and oldies for the LC. The objective of the AIESEC GAME, has 4 basic objectives, which with the implementation will hopefully be achieved, Generating in the Introduction to AIESEC Stage a good understanding of AIESEC, which will improve the quality of this stage, the game also works as a motivational tool for taking responsibilities in AIESEC, and to stress the importance of completing the AIESEC Experience in the members from the very beginning of their AIESEC journey

COMM TEAM.i BRANDING!

Comm Team.i feels grateful for the works obtain with the branding in the recruitment. Ever member using t-shirts about AIESEC, know about the brand promise and using correct. Today the challenger is transmitting this feeling to the new members.

Besides, AIESEC Cartagena obtain many appears in local and university medias, like el Cartero in the Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar, and with Correo Curioso in La Tadeo. We’re speaking about recruitment, exchange opportunity and now, about 50th anniversary of AIESEC in Colombia.

In this moment we’re aligning with I am an AIESECer Campaign send and check with other committees, send plan media with 50th anniversary of AIESEC in Colombia and with the project Cuenta Conmigo.

FINANCES ARE IN VERY WELL WE HAVE NO DEBT MC ....

However the UTB owes us money for several days ..

we already have audit committee ... that this supervising the vanquished months ..

we have meeting on 28 this month a lot of support to the people of the 50th anniversary of AIESEC in Colombia.

We have the super financing plans for the different events AIESEC a lot of fundraising activities among such family day ... in the traditional festivities arsenal and much more ... .. with super audit a lot ... of operability ... and possibly a merger with the 50th allies for investment .. besides the conformation the super team .. payment plan for the membership.

We Create the audit committee ... we received our first payment by the CCC ... Ehhh we have the control of ppto monthly ... also was contacted to potential allies investment .... Also received by our order book retreats ... and the launching of payment plans online.

EXTERNAL RELATION SALES CHALLENGER!

During these last months the ER team had been working a lot: More than 20 companies were visited to get new external relations in the city. Organizations like Mamonal Foundation, Zona Franca Argos, USB, Harina Tres Castilos, Gobernación de Bolívar and a lot of NGO`s to sale the Cuenta Conmigo project and to offer our portfolio. Now, the results are favorable, 5 new places to incoming exchange are in the process to up in the @network, the ER team are waiting for 5 more answers and are preparing 3 new proposals to work with different social projects in the city and to get others international assistants profiles in the universities.

The segmentation of AIESEC CG and our processes map is ready!!! Now we are preparing to receive new sales challengers to our area.

Social Events Participation: the ER VP and the Sales Coordinator of AIESEC CG were in an important social event in Casa España invited by Mamonal foundation. This event was the intervention of important companies like Dow Chemical, ECOPETROL S.A., Argos and ESAP. There was a place to find new relevant relations and appointments such as with Ruth Castillo from ECOPETROL and Lidianis Padilla, Alumni 1992 of AIESEC CG.

Strengthening our traditional relations: The first partner newsletter was delivered, Information about all our events to 2008, opportunities to the partners, new price policy and 50th anniversary celebration. The integral alliance with Institution Universitaria Colombo Internacional is in the hands of its director, this approbation will bring a lot of benefits to the AIESEC CG members.

In LDS the ER member will be a lot of surprise: 1. Rewards to the results (sales challenger campaign) where Cartagena need 4 forms raised to win, 2. the ER dinner 3. All the new things prepared for our national taskforce named ER Culture.
