HABEMUS TEAM!!! Angie, Dennis, Karina, Man Ching, Vanyra, Ivonne, Mirle Claudia y Bolivar form the new ER team of AIESEC Cartagena.
The external relations team had achieved a lot of goals in this year, especially in the NGO’s and Educational Sector. The new focus since Q2 will be touristic and industrial sector in order to get MT’s to our Local Committee. The COLOMBO Cultural Center is waiting for two matches to get the new 5 agreements. The UTB is singing up 3 news agreements and the ER team is waiting for the approbation of proposal to diversify the pool in UTB.
ER HADTHE FIRST TEAM BUILDING!!!
With propose of to know more about each other, to identify weakness and strangeness and to create an identity, the last 1 de Mayo the ER team walk a lot to Boquilla’s place. In this place in front of the sea, with some food and with the direction of a special Chair invited, Cesar Prieto, the ER team was creating their vision, mission, logo and slogan.

In these moments the FL & A is focused in the administrative part, of there the purchase of the new one multifunctional printer for the current office, to that of all the materials for the organization of the new office, to mark the trophies among other things, But also we are moving in the legal part, since on Tuesday, the 1st of April we will have our first audit, In spite of having a few disadvantages with the legal representative, Equal we are reinforcing this process with help of the MC, and in the financial side despite delays in payments to trainees and we have no debts with the MC, although measures were taken about the payment process for trainees, in order to optimize the process.

As always, exchange giving opportunities, but this time is for external people, this week stars the promotion for Outgoing exchnage, we willbe in different Universities making promotion talkin to people. so If you got a firend that couldnt get into AIESEC and wnats to go on a Echnage, llet him/her know about this, the Inofrmative session will be the 12th of April..

Communications team.i fell grateful for all activities realized in this month, we have appears in many different medias, saw our LCP Maria Elisa Giraldo and VP Comm Angelica Acendra in Canal Cartagena and Radio tiempo, speaking about AIESEC, the 50th anniversary and OGX process.
Besides, we’d appeared in Todelar and 40 Principales, also, we have made impact in el Cartero of
Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar spoke about Maria Elisa's Experience in Spain and in Correo Curioso, about young people that go to celebration of AIESEC in Colombia.
Finally, we make lot initiatives of OGX process; we support it in all of things!!!
